Under the hood, the Nissan Sentra features a standard 2.0-liter inline-four engine that delivers 149 horsepower and 146 lb-ft of torque. For the 2024 model year, the Sentra is equipped with a new Xtronic CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) designed to reduce fuel consumption while providing smooth acceleration.
