Ishmael was fantastic. We came in my nearly brand new Subaru potentially trade in for a Rogue. He took the time to let us look at every single one, hear the concerns, talk about them. Then when it came to all the numbers he was very transparent and communicative. He worked with everything we wanted and then humored us at a car we may want to buy in the future. Amazing personality as well he was super easy to talk to, and I notoriously have anxiety with talking to new people. Duane was awesome too! He is back in finance so you don't see him till the end but he made sure everything was perfect before we went back (as I was tagging out of state). I honestly loved everyone I interacted with even though I can't recall their names at this exact moment.
